As LA’s BEST, we continually strive to explore new and exciting ways to connect with the communities we serve. Our new initiative, LA’s BEST Connects, is designed to offer resources for our students, parents/guardians, and families. These resources will explore resources on nutrition, mental health, ongoing learning, and meaningful engagement from some of our amazing after school coaches, and an opportunity to register your children for the 20-21 school year via online at www.lasbest.org.  

APPLICATION PROCESS FOR THE 2020-2021 SCHOOL YEAR

LA's BEST will be accepting online applications so that when schools reopen, we are ready to provide a program for students to re-engage, re-connect, and thrive. We look forward to seeing your children. 

a.     The application process will be available via an online platform through our LA’s BEST website at www.lasbest.org

b.     The online process will be available 24 hours a day. The application can be submitted via a computer, tablet, or mobile device. The submission of an application does not guarantee enrollment in the program.

c.     For students who may need accommodations due to a diagnosis or medical need, a team member from our Student Support Services department will connect with families to support and create a plan for when we return. This process will begin after enrollment has been finalized by the Site Coordinator.

d.     For parents who do not have access to a computer or other technology, you can contact our LA’s BEST office at 213.745.1925, and an LA’s BEST representative will assist you.
